With this Power Bar, grinding's much easier and more fun than before.
I'm 73 years old female. After doing one cup of wheat, the heart pounds hard and the back gets sweat. Probably I'd switch to Motorization near future.

Works well, but would have expected it to come with the the mill, kinda pricey but a necessity. Definitely recommend it.

Simple to attach, gives more leverage which sometimes is helpful. Makes the mill work a little easier; worth getting if you can.
